BesTek Installs, LLC was established in April of 2003 and offers professional security services. Our company owners have worked in the Security industry since the 1970’s. We have extensive experience in the Austin area and offer highly trained, certified Burglar and Fire alarm Technicians and a state-of-the-art product line with 24 hour UL Listed Alarm Monitoring Services. Upon security installation completion, you will receive an Alarm Certificate for your insurance carrier and thereafter, receive a discount on your home/building insurance. Some insurance companies will give you up to a 20% discount if you have a monitored Burglar/Fire Alarm system. BesTek has many Customers’ in the Austin area and is able to provide you upon request with a "Customer Reference" listing.

If you currently have a pre-existing system that is in working condition, we most likely can use your equipment with no initial setup fees.
Our Monitoring Agreement is for six (6) months. Billing can be done either on a monthly basis, Quarterly, Bi-Annually, or Annually. If you pay Annually, you will receive a 5% discount.

If you are currently being monitored by another Central Station, they may require a thirty (30) day cancellation notice and BesTek will be able take over your monitoring services 3-5 days prior to the ending date of your current provider.

The monitoring center computer systems immediately tell them whether it’s a burglary, a fire, a medical or other emergency. They pinpoint the location, identify your personal customer passcode, and a launch emergency instructions. If standing orders call for it, the operator will place an immediate phone call to you for the password that verifies an emergency condition exists.
If our operators receive an incorrect passcode, or no answer at all, they dispatch emergency personnel immediately. Then they’ll phone someone on your emergency call list to notify them of the action taken. Meanwhile, our computers have recorded every significant detail of the emergency event, including date and time, action taken, person notified, and the operator responsible.
